David Tupaz has taken Las Vegas by storm, another Filipino talent that is making a mark in the entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas. The Filipino born designer has dressed Hollywood's elite and has certainly made a big mark in the fashion world. He has conducted several shows in Las Vegas that was attended by the who's who of Vegas. David Tupaz was also appointed by Mayor Caroline Goodman, as an Art Commissioner for the city. When he decided to move to Las Vegas, he brought with him a vision which he pioneered by creating the first ever Las Vegas Fashion Design Council, which groups together and opens opportunity to designers in the valley.
