Il Chianti Italian Restaurant is just above Horizon Ridge over looking the vista of Las Vegas, which is far from the description of Italy's rolling hills and the rustic vista that many Italian restaurant offers, but if we stick to the food served by Chef Rudy at Il Chianti the only thing missing is Italy. To quote Chef Rudy, he expresses that, Life is for Living, why not spice it up. As he says himself, "Cooking with Love" and Keeping it Simple is the whole Zen behind the great cuisine that gets served at Il Chianti. I also learned that family is present in this group of industrious Filipinos helping out to make Il Chianti a success, so good service and plenty of smiles are a staple.
By the way, Chef Rudy is Filipino hence the Filipino Italian fusion that is out of the box of a typical Italian dish. Below are some of Chef Rudy's specialty and if you develop a craving, the address is written above.
